This two story waterfront home located in Runaway Bay was in desperate need of restoration. Broken tiles, cracking render and flaking paint were just some of the problems that we encountered. Once the pressure cleaning and preparation was complete, the roof received one coat of sealer undercoat followed by two coats of acrylic roofing membrane, which helped to make to roof water tight. Render repairs, small gaps and cracks were repaired before repainting the entire exterior. The
owners choice of charcoal for the roof and Dulux lexicon for the exterior render brought this old property back to life and will now look good for years to come.
