This property had not been painted for 7 years, it required some repair work to the guttering as well as the render before painting preparation could be started.

The roof required some new tiles and was then pointed with flexi compound and sealed. Solar pool heating was removed.

Roof was painted with Globalcote Charcoal Black, Gutters where painted a contrasting grey shade and the walls and wooden slats where then gap filled and painted with an on trend colour.

The use of the 3 different tones across the entire property has changed the home to a new modern style with a palette than can be continued on around the house.
